Dx:  PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity  PMSv = 16mm

  • 9.5mms Insole decreased the right midstance pronation

Dx:  Primus Metatarsus Supinatus (aka Rothbarts Foot)  PMSv = 11mm

  • 6.5mms Insole Increased the right foot midstance pronation (red arrow)
  • Signal was too strong, adjusted to 4.5mms

The above treadmill gait study is from a patient with advanced multiple sclerosis.  The improvement in balance while using the proprioceptive insoles is remarkable.

  • Signal was too strong, decreased to 4.5mms

Dx:  Primus Metatarsus Supinatus  PMSv = 11mm

  • 2.5mms insoles decreased the left midstance pronation (black arrow)

 Dx:  Primus Metatarsus Supinatus  PMSv =10mm

  • 2.0mms Insole - No change in late midstance pronation (black arrow)
  • Signal was too weak, increased to 3.5mms

Dx:  PreClinical Clubfoot Deformity  PMSv = 14mm

  • 3.5mms Insole decreased the left foot flat abnormal pronation (black arrow)
